We are VERY happy to take your call and speak to all our customers. I have a major dislike of automated answer machines etc. If you want to speak to us, a senior manager will take your call personally. But of course this may not be instantaneous, and we have a standard of within 24hrs. But to save you time and telephone charges, we have a few resources available here for quick answers.
