Returns

We receive very few returns at WeeRide and will always look to help you through the process.

Initially please contact Mat@WeeRide.com to see if there is anything we can do to resolve your issue.

If this is not possible, we will then need your original purchase receipt sent to us showing you bought directly from our website.

All return requests must be made and completed (product returned) within a 30 day window from purchase.

Returns must be made in their original packaging, with all parts included and without any damage.

Once we have received your return we will check all parts are included, that there is no damage and then we will refund your original payment less any shipping charges made.
