Confused by weight limits?<\/h5>

The weight limits are set by EU (15kgs) and US (18kgs). They are set low as they are based on seats that attach to the handlebars where it is clearly dangerous to have too much weight. Our seat doesn\u2019t attach in this way which is why it is unique. It actually improves the balance of the bike as the patented bar puts all the baby weight in the centre of the bike. Weight is never the factor that stops a child using the seat, it is height. This normally occurs at aged 4.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Will my child fit in the seat?<\/h5>

The seat is suited for children aged 9 months to 4 years. I have known kids from 6 months to 6 years to use! Weight is never an issue. Height is. They will get to a stage where their legs are interfering with the handlebars. This is normally around aged 4.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Will it fit my bike?<\/h5>

It will fit in the standard way if your top tube is under 45mm wide.<\/p>\n

What is the difference between the standard and deluxe versions of the seat?<\/h5>

The Deluxe has a thicker padding on the seat and podium and we tend to recommend for under 18 months. Over 18 months they do not need the extra padding as they have built up their own!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is the difference between the Co Pilot and the Pro Pilot?<\/h5>

Why is the \"Sync Link\" pivot on your tag so important?<\/h5>

What is the best way to get a quick response?<\/h5>

Please email customerservice@weeride.com<\/a> and we will come back to you asap. Normally within 24hrs. And normally if the morning\u2026.a lot quicker \ud83d\ude0a. It is quicker than calling the office as more direct.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How quickly can you deliver?<\/h5>

Standard is within 48hrs, but there is an option to pay an additional \u00a35 to change this to 24hrs. Please remember that this service for orders place Monday \u2013 Thursday before 11am as the expedited delivery is not available at weekends.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Where is my order?<\/h5>

We ship our orders at 11am. If you ordered before this time we will ship that day and it will be with you within 48hrs in 99% of cases. If you haven\u2019t received in 48hrs please email customerservice@weeride.com<\/p>\n

We do not deliver or ship at weekends.<\/p>\n

What are the Safety Standards for seats?<\/h5>

In the EU is EN14344. Australia uses a very similar standard. And in the US they use they AS standard which isn\u2019t as strict. There are more and more seats coming into the market that do not meet the Safety Standards as retailer\u2019s standards slip.<\/p>\n

Does a seat without EN14344 mean it is unsafe? No. It just means you are trusting the company and not a recognised safety panel to check the safety of a seat. As we are talking about a baby product, WeeRide believe it is better to invest the money to ensure we meet all the safety requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Why are Safety Standards so important?<\/h5>

They give you peace of mind. You know that a strict regulatory framework has checked all safety aspects of the seat to ensure quality of design and components.<\/p>\n

It is the easiest way for a consumer to take the safety aspect of a baby seat out of the decision process so they can focus just on design and fun. Let the experts decide whether the seat is safe.<\/p>\n

We feel it should be the first question you ask, and if they do not answer YES without any caveats, then we would walk away.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

We receive very few returns at WeeRide and will always look to help you through the process.<\/p>\n

Initially please contact Mat@WeeRide.com to see if there is anything we can do to resolve your issue. If it is a fitting issue, we can resolve 90% of the time.<\/p>\n

If this is not possible, we will then need your original purchase receipt sent to us showing you bought directly from our website.<\/p>\n

All return requests must be made and completed (product returned) within a 30 day window from purchase.<\/p>\n

Returns must be made in their original packaging, with all parts included and without any damage.<\/p>\n

The bar slips up when I tighten the bolts<\/h5>

There are two ways to resolve this. Create an angle in the bar. Or attach a small piece of self amalgamating tape to the weld to give the bar grip.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
