Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the <strong>Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/strong> and the <strong>Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013<\/strong>. For more information about your rights, contact your local Citizens Advice or visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizensadvice.org.uk\/\">citizensadvice.org.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Who we are<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Website is operated by <strong>WEERIDEUK LIMITED<\/strong> (\"WeeRide\", \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\"):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Registered in England &amp; Wales, company number:<\/strong> 06514254<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registered office:<\/strong> Unit 3 Bradburys Court, Lyon Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 2BY<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email:<\/strong> mat@weeride.co.uk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WeeRide UK is the exclusive UK distributor of WeeRide child bike seats, tag-along bikes, balance bikes, helmets and cycling accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms apply to all contracts for the sale of products by us to you. We may change these Terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published on the Website at the time you place it. Please check these Terms each time you order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are written in English, and all contracts between us will be concluded in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Placing an order and how the contract is formed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By placing an order you are offering to buy the products in your basket, subject to these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. <strong>This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been <strong>dispatched<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example because a product is out of stock, there is an error in the price or description, or we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment), we will let you know and will not process your order. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Images are for illustration only and there may be minor variations in colour or finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our products are child cycling products. <strong>Your child's safety depends on the product being correctly fitted, used and maintained.<\/strong> You must read and follow all fitting instructions, manuals, weight limits and age guidance supplied with the product and available on our Website (including our fitting guides and installation videos). If you are unsure about compatibility or fitting, please contact us before use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All WeeRide bike seats are tested to the European safety standard EN 14344. Product specifications, age ranges and weight limits are stated on the relevant product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may update or withdraw products at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Price and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prices are shown in <strong>pounds sterling (\u00a3)<\/strong> and, where applicable, <strong>include VAT<\/strong> at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout (see Section 6).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment providers, <strong>Stripe<\/strong> et <strong>PayPal<\/strong>. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer or payment provider. We do not store your full card details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We deliver to addresses within the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>. For deliveries outside the UK, please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weeride.co.uk\/fr\/livraison-internationale\/\">Exp\u00e9dition internationale<\/a> page or contact us for a quote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control (see Section 12).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If no one is available to take delivery, the courier will follow its standard procedure (for example leaving a card or attempting redelivery).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risk<\/strong> in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. <strong>Ownership<\/strong> passes to you once we have received payment in full.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your right to cancel (distance selling \/ \"cooling-off\" period)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Because you are buying online, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in addition to our returns policy in Section 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may cancel your order at any time from the moment you place it up to <strong>14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To cancel, simply tell us clearly (for example by email using the details in Section 1) before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model cancellation form but you do not have to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us <strong>within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods<\/strong> unless they are faulty or misdescribed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will refund the price you paid plus the <strong>standard<\/strong> delivery cost (we do not refund any extra you paid for express\/upgraded delivery) within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have returned them, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong> for hygiene or safety reasons, certain items (for example helmets) may be excluded from cancellation once any sealed packaging or safety seal has been opened, to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Our 30-day returns policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As well as your legal cancellation right above, we offer a goodwill <strong>30-day returns policy<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may return unused products in their <strong>original, undamaged packaging<\/strong> within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery for a refund or exchange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please contact us first using the details in Section 1 to arrange your return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights (including your right to cancel in Section 7 and your rights in respect of faulty goods in Section 9).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your legal rights under the <strong>Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/strong> are not affected by these Terms. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details (photos help).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Within 30 days of receipt<\/strong>, you have the right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>After 30 days and up to 6 months<\/strong>, if the goods develop a fault, we will offer a repair or replacement; if that is not possible or is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where goods are faulty or misdescribed, <strong>we will cover the cost of return<\/strong> and any refund will include delivery charges paid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Warranty \/ guarantee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All WeeRide products come with a <strong>2-year manufacturer's guarantee<\/strong> against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow fitting or care instructions, or unauthorised modification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To make a claim under the guarantee, contact us using the details in Section 1 with proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Our liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so.<\/strong> This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your child's safety depends on correct fitting and use of the products in accordance with the supplied instructions, weight limits and age guidance (see Section 4).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Events outside our control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control (for example strikes, courier failures, extreme weather, or interruptions to power or telecommunications). If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All content on the Website \u2014 including text, images, logos, videos, product designs and the \"WeeRide\" name and marks \u2014 is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Use of the Website<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with anyone else's use of it. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We process your personal data in accordance with our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weeride.co.uk\/fr\/privacy-policy\/\">Politique de confidentialit\u00e9<\/a>, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details in Section 1 and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Other important terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assignment:<\/strong> We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; this will not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights or obligations with our written consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third parties:<\/strong> This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Severance:<\/strong> If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Waiver:<\/strong> If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not mean we have waived our rights against you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by the law of <strong>England and Wales<\/strong>.
